With modern dental technology, Dr. Poss can replace missing teeth with conservative metal-free bridges. A Permanent Bridge replaces one or more missing teeth. A Permanent Bridge is usually anchored to the teeth on both sides of the space of the missing tooth. These bridges do not require the anchor teeth to be "ground" down like with the traditional porcelain and metal bridges.
